New Centennial student registration will take place in Centennial Elementary Gym on July 25th or 26th from 9:00am to 11:00am or 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

• Birth Certificate (must be original)
• Immunization Records (must be original and translated in English)
• Social Security Card (must be original)
• Parent or Legal Guardian's Driver's License
• Proof of Residency in Plano ISD
