ENSURE YOUR CHILD IS PICTURED IN THE YEARBOOK

Yearbook PTA volunteers work hard taking pictures all year.  We strive to include every child in the yearbook if at all possible.  However, we are unable to include your child without your consent.  

Your consent is typically given at the beginning of the year when you update your information on the Parent Portal.  Please do not overlook this step.  The earlier in the year you provide your consent, the more times your child is likely to appear in the yearbook.

Here is how to give your consent for your child to be pictured in the yearbook.  

1.  Log on to PARENT PORTAL

2.  Scroll down to STUDENT REGISTRATION

and click on your child's name.

3.  Click the button EMERGENCY CARD.

4.  Click the tab entitled AUTHORIZATION STATEMENTS.

5.  Finally, click YES for all categories.

6.  Do this for each child.

By giving your consent for your child to be pictured,

you are not obligated to purchase a yearbook.
