2026 Spring Picnic Food Pre-Sale Order Form

Shake Shack Meal Pre-Order

Pre-Order your Shake Shack Meal by April 27th.  

 

The Centennial PTA is hosting Shake Shack for our annual spring picnic! Pre-orders must be received by 4/27.

 

We have four options:

  • Hamburger meal with fries $10
  • Cheeseburger meal with fries $11
  • Veggie Burger meal with fries $12
  • Grilled Cheese meal with fries $8

 

You must preorder and pick up your meal order card at the picnic volunteer table prior to entering the Shake Shack line.  Please pay attention to what name is entered on your order form below. If possible please screenshot your order once you have paid. Bring your order card to the tent to receive your food. 

 

Pick up time for your pre paid order card is 5 PM. 

 

IMPORTANT: Shake Shack meals must be purchased in advance by Monday, April 27th. Meals will NOT be available for purchase during the event.

Tickets will be distributed during the picnic at the pick up table. You will need to provide the name you entered above to receive your meal.
