5th Grade Video Instructions
We need your help in submitting the following pictures for our 2020 Centennial 5th grade end of year video. We need to have these photos by Friday, May 8th. Please follow the instructions below if you have not completed.
1. Baby/Toddler Picture (Age 2-4 years preferred)
Please label the file in the following format:
First name, last name, baby picture (Example KatieSmithBaby)
2. Recent Photo (If you do not submit a current photo, we will use your child’s yearbook photo)
Please label the file in the following format:
First name, last name, recent photo (Example KatieSmithRecent)
3. Photo of finished self-portrait.
Please label the file in the following format:
First name, last name, what they want to be when they grow up (Example: KatieSmithDoctor)
Please click on your 5th grade teacher's name to upload your pictures.
